*A grand tour exploring the legendary London psychics, astrologers, magicians and Tarot legends: Dr John Dee, Edward Kelley, Arthur Edward Waite and Pamela Coleman Smith.
*The tour will explore the rise of the spiritual new age movement and tarot in London and how this influenced the world and continues to do so. *At the end of the tour participants will be invited to enjoy a tarot themed cocktail or other drink in a local themed bar. This is an optional extra, is not a part of the tour and is just for fun for any participants who are interested.
Why is it the Grand Tour? This tour combines my two existing London tours and adds a special additional visit to the British Museum. It also provides a chauffeur driven mini bus to travel between the sites and so there are no trains or tubes to navigate. Lastly there is a chance to socialise at the end of the day over the Tarot cocktail. This programme is ideal for visitors to London as everything is planned out for you and is easy.
I can help you plan your flights and hotel by giving you advice on the best airports, locations to stay and transport options around London.
Try and bring as many interested friends and colleagues. The more you can gather in your group the lower the shared price for each participant. The tour is a fixed price and is not dependent on the numbers in your group as my expenses are fixed. The tour needs to be booked and paid for by one person.
I can arrange mid week tours as well as Saturday tours for most months in the year excluding December.
It is possible to add the Winchester Tour to your visit. Please look at the Winchester Tour webpage. Please contact me for a group price. The best months for the Winchester Tour are April - October.
A payment is needed to book your places. Payments cannot be refunded for any reason unless I cancel the Tour. The tour is a fixed price and is not dependent on the numbers in your group. MEETING POINT INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL AFTER YOU BOOK YOUR PLACE.
Please do not book this Tour is you have any mobility issues as you will be required to walk around for 5 hours. Also if you are expecting a concentrated and purely historical tour then please do not book this tour. It is mainly a new age focused tour with some history involved.
The tour does not provide or pay for food, refreshments or alcoholic drinks. Time will provided for lunch and it is possible to purchase a light lunch and refreshments during the tour from a café.
